- It was registered as a Sacco under the co-operative societies Act CAP 490 on 31st December 1990.
- Currently, the Sacco operates 12 branches across the country with over 2500 members.

Biashara Sacco Products and Services
Loan products include a normal loan charged at 0.833% interest rate per month on principal. Other loans include sisi kwa sisi loan, women empowerment loan, development loan, jipange loan, beba loan, malipo loan, soko loan, corporate loan, biasco loan, shamba loan, among others.
They also offer savings products, fixed deposit accounts, group accounts, junior accounts, among others.
Their minimum share capital requires minimum monthly shares of Kshs. 1000 with a registration of Kshs. 1000.
