- One can choose to obtain a mini statement or a full statement.
How does one obtain an MPESA statement?
VIA EMAIL
- Start by dialing *334#.
- Select ‘My MPESA information’.
- Select the ‘MPESA Statement’ option
- Next, select full statement
- Enter your ID details email address
- Confirm the details
VIA APP
- Download the MySafaricom app on your phone
- Register your Safaricom line and official ID number
- Enter your email and choose to get a mini or full statement
- You will receive your MPESA report in your email
VIA SELF-CARE PORTAL
- Begin by visiting www.Safaricom.co.ke
- Opt for self care and register.
- Input your Safaricom mobile phone number.
- Make sure you agree to their terms of service to receive an activation code on sms.
- Use this code to log into the Safaricom portal using your username and password.
- A verification message will be sent to your sms once you log in.
- Select the period for which you need the statement.
